2023 SUMMER BINGO

From June 1 to September 5, EZMSA members were invited to play Summer Bingo!

Second Prize- Dr. Nadine Letwin

$1,500 for West Edmonton Mall

Third Prize- Dr. kristen Timm

$1,000 for Edmonton City Attractions and Recreation Centres

Rules 

1. EZMSA members only are eligible to win a prize.

2. Complete one line of the bingo card to receive an entry for the draw to win prizes.

   *OR*

3. Complete the whole bingo card to receive ten entries for the draw to win prizes.

4. Each member may only complete one bingo card.

5. A member may not win more than one prize.

6. A photo of you completing each square of the bingo card is required to confirm you have completed that square of the card.

7. Photos must be of activities from between June 1, 2023 to September 5, 2023.

8. Photos and descriptions of the completed squares must be submitted by September 5th to zmsaevents@albertadoctors.org for the draw to win prizes. Include the consent form to share your photos publicly in the submission.
