2024 SUMMER BINGO
From June 1 to September 3, EZMSA members were invited to play Summer Bingo!
Over the summer we invited you to complete the squares on the bingo card below and submit a photo of each activity to enter a draw for three super prizes!

Rules for Summer Bingo
EZMSA members only are eligible to win a prize.
Complete one line of the bingo card to receive an entry for the draw to win prizes.
*OR*
Complete the whole bingo card to receive ten entries for the draw to win prizes.
Each member may only complete one bingo card.
A member may not win more than one prize.
A photo of you completing each square of the bingo card is required to confirm you have completed that square of the card.
Photos must be of activities from between June 1, 2024 to September 3, 2024.
Photos and descriptions of the completed squares must be submitted by midnight on September 3rd to zmsaevents@albertadoctors.org for the draw to win prizes. Include the attached consent form to share your photos publicly in the submission.
*A member may complete one line or the whole card. There is not an option to complete multiple lines.
