WINTER WELLNESS CHALLENGE
February 2024
EZMSA members are invited to do 8 wellness activities over the month of February and submit the photos to win prizes.
Grand prize
1 prize worth $1200 of 2 tickets to the Oilers game on April 13 versus Vancouver Canucks
$500 Prizes
4 prizes worth $500 each for a spa package at the J.W. Marriot Ice District
$400 Prizes
1 prize of $400 for an Uber Eats gift certificate
1 prize of $400 for an Air Canada/West Jet gift certificate
Rules:
Submit 8 photos of your different wellness activities with your first and last name to zmsaevents@albertadoctors.org by February 29, 2024.
Photos must be taken during February of 2024.
You must be an EZMSA member to enter the draw.
Each member of the EZMSA receives only one entry.
Winners are chosen randomly by March 15th and winning photos posted at that time.
Winners will be asked to sign a consent form to share their photos on the website and newsletter.
