2025/26 Executive Nominations
The Edmonton Zone Medical Staff Association (EZMSA) has one available position to begin their term in office on
October 1, 2025:
Vice-President- Position Description
The EZMSA Executive consists of a President, a Vice-President, a Past-President, a Treasurer and two Members at Large. The Executive is responsible for the administration and direction of the EZMSA.
Eligible Candidates:
Must be an EZMSA member in good standing.
Must submit a complete nomination package including
a letter of intent; and
a curriculum vitae.
The Process:
Complete nomination packages must be received by 11:59 PM, on Sunday, June 1, 2025 to zmsaevents@albertadoctors.org.
Applications will be pre-qualified by following a human resources process for the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee will review the nominations and pre-qualifying packages, interview candidates and recommend one to three candidates as a slate to the Executive.
If more than one candidate is recommended by the Nomination Committee for a position, all the candidates will be presented to the membership for a vote. The letter of intent only, for each candidate, will be given to the membership. The vote will be open from July 18 – August 18, 2025.
The new EZMSA Vice-President will be announced to the membership by September 26, 2025.
The new Executive begin their term on October 1, 2025.
