Nomination Criteria
Department Heads are asked to nominate a physician(s) in their department who they feel deserves special recognition for their service at FMC.
NOMINATION DEADLINE: MARCH 3, 2024 @ 11:59 P.M.
Bonus! All physicians to submit an award nomination will be entered in a draw to win a $300 gift card to Concorde Group of Restaurants, valid at 19 different Calgary restaurants.
