This award is intended for a physician in the ACH community who has made an inspiring professional contribution. This is an award to acknowledge the contributions a physician makes over the course of their career. Physicians are required to have been a member of the ACH medical staff community for a minimum of 10 years.

The nominee should be a physician who:

• has had an impact in the areas of teaching, scholarship, research, and/or clinical work

• has contributed to the ACH culture of excellence through their focus on physician wellbeing and advocacy

• have been a member of the ACH medical staff community for a minimum of 10 years (required)
