Due to a fire at the Telus World of Science, the event has been rescheduled to February 23, 2025. In light of this challenging situation, we urge everyone to continue supporting the venue as they navigate through this uncertain time. The events of the evening have been updated to accommodate closures within the building.
Join our executive and fellow colleagues for a fun evening at Telus World of Science. This event is family and colleague friendly with activities for all ages.

Location: Telus World of Science, 11211 142 ST NW
4:45-5:00pm: Arrive and register
5:00-6:00pm: Private IMAX Viewing with popcorn OR explore the CuriosCity and S.P.A.C.E exhibits
6:00-7:00pm: Dinner with Whisk Catering
7:00-8:00pm: Play time in the science garage with a building activity in the maker space OR exclusive access to the cocktail lab.
8:00pm: Event end

Dinner Menu:
Roasted chicken thighs with buttered mushrooms and leeks
Classic potato gratin
Vegetarian Option – Stuffed portobello mushroom with spinach and gorgonzola
All menu options are served with pesto pasta Salad (vegan), green salad with balsamic-mustard vinaigrette (GF/vegan) and an assortment of cookies and squares.
